I have 4 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation. I am able to work professionally and keep the information of the clients confidential. I was able to talk with clients and following up from intake until settlement through Inbound and Outbound calls. Gathering information from the case opening for both plaintiff and defendant. I am trained toncreate roles and check if the PIP, UIM/UM, police reports, health insurance, and employment information are correct. Filling up the client's treatment journal is also my expertise. I was able to assist an attorney by sending them emails that I had finish the tasks.

I have experience on working as a Data Analyst. I am responsible for encoding data such as their personal information, bill reviewing or analyzing and going over high-level office visits, reports, and record reviews. Since the documents were also written in their own handwriting, independent judgment is absolutely needed. I also worked in Lawfirm (US-based) where I can create roles, searching for documents, creating a documents, analyzing the incidents and converting documents from WORD to PDF. These experiences taught me on how to use some tools to organize it.

I have hands-on experience editing my own videos for social media, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and wholesome movie clips. Through personal projects, I have developed skills in creating engaging, fast-paced content by trimming footage, adding captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, and basic color adjustments. I understand the importance of pacing, storytelling, and keeping viewers engaged throughout a video. I am comfortable working with short-form content and continuously study current editing trends to improve my skills. I am a fast learner, open to feedback, and committed to delivering high-quality videos that match each client's style and branding while meeting deadlines consistently.
