Profile Description

I've been working at a hospital for almost two years now. Since I have the ability to lead and motivate group of people towards the accomplishment of one's goal I was promoted to being a head nurse few months back. This position helps me to develop my communication and interpersonal skills especially in dealing with my colleagues and patients.
For the past months, I was able to work extended hours to fulfill my role and to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
Moreover, I have excellent PC skills and recent working knowledge of hospital management software (Applications
: Microsoft Office 2000 (includes MS Word, Excel, and
Power Point,
Bizbox for Hospital Management Software).
