Profile Description

I have worked for almost 4 years now as a technical representative in various accounts. To mention I worked at the DELL account giving technical service through phone, so pretty much i have the technical knowledge at computers. Also, I have worked at two Internet Service Providers(ISP's) making me knowledgeable at the internet stuff.
-Knowledge at Set-up and Configurations for Internet connectivity, both wireless and hardwire
-Knowledge at Computer Hardware and Software applications.
-I have graduated as an Electronic and Communications Engineer, so i have the background at electronics and communication systems. This makes me very competitive in the technical aspect.
- Also i have the training at sales for i have work as a technical sales person as well at Dell, Insurance consultant,and outbound sales for inks and toners.
