COMPANY: Taisei Corporation-D.M. Consunji Inc. Joint Venture PROJECT: North South Commuter Railway CP01 POSITION: Site Engineer DATE EMPLOYED: July 2020 - Present Supervise construction of the following: ● Two-Storey Steel Structure office, Canteen and staff house from foundation up to architectural works. ● Site Development of our main office, construction of road pavements, box culvert and RCP drainages. ● Backfilling for access at viaduct works using boulders and crushed rocks. ● Temporary Steel Bridge, we constructed steel bridge at the middle of Bocaue and Marilao River. ● Viaduct works, supervised 3 km horizontal area from sheet piling to concreting ● Construction of Offshore Viaduct Works at Marilao and Bocaue Bulacan ● 40 meter cast in Situ Bridges in Valenzuela form ground preparation up to post tensioning works. PROJECT: 2 Storey Apartment (280 sqm ) and Cantilevered Retaining Wall (20 m Long and 5m Tall) POSITION: Structural Engineer and Estimator DATE EMPLOYED: March 2023 – September 2023 (Sideline after work) This building consists of 6 unit studio type apartment, I used Staad and RCDC in designing the structure and estimate by help of Microsoft Excel. I also supervise the construction after work by using CCTV that is connected to my cellphone and Site Visit at Sundays whenever possible. I used manual calculation with the help of excel in designing Cantilevered retaining wall. We used Mini backhoe and dump truck in excavation. Unfortunately when we completed the footing and rebar for the stem the soil nearby are collapsing because of the continues rain from incoming typhoon, I decided to use dead form by using ¼” phenolic board with sack of soil at the lapping zone and backfill of soil as support to finish the work before the typhoon come. Because of this, we save time and money for re-excavation, cleaning of rebar’s and solve the problem for collapsing of soil. PROJECT: 2 Storey Residential House POSITION: Supervisor and Estimator DATE EMPLOYED: From 5th Year College until during My review for Board Exam (2018-2019) I estimated the entire cost of materials that will be used in construction of two storey residential house (200 sqm) from foundation up to Architectural works in San Jose del Monte Bulacan. Aside from estimate I am also supervising the construction through CCTV, messenger application at weekdays and site visit during weekend whenever possible. COMPANY: Paravisible Builders Incorporation PROJECT: 21 units of 8 Storey Condominium POSITION: On the Job Trainee DATE EMPLOYED: October 2018 – December 2018 Under the employment of Paravisible Builders Incorporation which undertakes the building of a mid-rise 8-Storey Condominium- Trees Residences. I am given the opportunity to be trained and work with professionals that I aspire to become. My tasks were to familiarize with engineering drawings, specification, estimations and duties of QA/QC Engineer.
