I have been working in the back office of an international bank for almost two years now. I do case analysis and fraud investigation. Before that, I have at least a 5-year experience with the call center industry. I have worked as a customer service representative, IP relay operator, supervisor and a quality development analyst. My vast experience in those areas help me hone my skills in typing and master the English language. In my spare time, I love to read books, watch movies and write blogs.
