Virtual Assistant

-Prepared a lot of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint intended for reports and learning materials as a student and as a teacher.

-Used email as a communicational tool to reach out to professors and peers. -Customized my Gmail account to my own liking and for my convenience. -Managed my email account during my college years. -Placed tags, labels, and multiple inbox sections in my own Gmail account. -Used scheduled emails to send instructions and updates to my groupmates in college.

It was during my college years when I started graphic designing as a part of my school activities, I fell in love with manipulating and blending images and texts to create artwork. My love for graphic design just got stronger when I found out that I could accept projects from it. That's when I was hired to create infographics, labels, posters, customized learning materials, and decorations. My clients were teachers and students, they were easy to work with as they were clear about their visualization of the product they wanted me to create.

-Used Google Calendar to create online meeting schedules with my peers during my college years. -Currently using Google Calendar for reminders and tasks, having its own color coding for better categorization. -Added three time zones in my calendar to catch up on the time comparisons with my relatives who are abroad. -Created my own booking page using Google Calendar.

-I shopped for my client. -I was a representative in buying land. -I handled the financial report.

-Edited a short film for a school project in Senior High School. -Edited multiple instructional materials as part of flexible learning activity, my videos are being used by a professor for teaching and learning purposes. -Edited tutorial on how to use online application for school project.

-Recorded and computed grades of my previous students using formulas in Excel. -Learned and used Microsoft Excel as part of Computer Science subject in Junior High.
