I have 6 years of work experience in the Call Center Industry, spent my first 3 years as a Customer Service Representative with HSBC and my job is to make sure that our customer's will receive the best customer experience, the last 3 years is with Capital One as a Senior Operations Representative for the Fraud & Disputes Operations in Partnership Fraud and my job is to handle Fraudulent Accounts and I do inbound calls, outbound calls and back office.

I also have 6 years of work experience in sales and cold calling and I have a strong background in B2B SaaS.
