The type of CRM that I've used is Salesforce. What I like about Salesforce is it is easy to use and a very useful tool where you can file and submit a case which plays a big role in my position as customer service representative. It also has a knowledge base where you can find all the information that you need about the account. You can also report if there is a problem with Salesforce and see the headcount of the people who has the same issue.
