I've worked as a staff nurse and I have a very good set of skills that targets the health market. I was also exposed in the call center and handled two types of account - financial customer service and technical support with computers. In financial accounts we are trained in quick data entry, critical thinking and encoding for clients while in technical support accounts we are exposed in fixing computers by giving step-by-step instructions to clients, remote access and mastery with computer parts. On top of it all, I also rendered my service as a clinical instructor for student nurses.
Aside from the skills I acquired in my work experiences, I also maintain a personal blog; I write articles and make research papers in healthcare.
Here's my skill set in a nutshell:
Teaching, Article Writing, Technical Writing, Blogging, HTML, Photo Blogging, Data Entry, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
