Hi, I am Leanne, a dedicated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who helps busy professionals and business owners stay organized, stress-free, and ahead of schedule.

As an admin/virtual assistant, I help tech startup company in their daily operation. Managing applicants account in the company's portal and help with their onboarding process. Whether it's managing inbox and calendar, handling admin tasks, or social media, I'm here to step in and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

My skills include the ability to create design graphics and basic marketing materials for social posts using Canva. I have also experienced in using Fusion 360 to create 3D CAD Models and 2D Drawings using Autocad.

I am well-versed in using Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheet. And to manage my time to be more productive, I used Notion and google calendar. Aside from things that I mentioned, I am also willing to learn new software and skills. If I work together with the client, I ensure that he/she will become less stress and have more time.
