Professionally speaking I am a registered nurse who works as a volunteer in a community hospital. I had a 5-month working experience in a BPO company specifically as a customer service representative for a travel account that caters flight, hotel and car reservation and amendments. I was able to enhance both my typing and English speaking skills as we spoke to different people with their distinctive tone, diction and pronunciation. We were also able to attend a speech development seminar for almost a month that I think helped me a lot to correct my grammar, diction, and tenses.
