Profile Description

I've been a Customer Care Associate at Sitel Corp., a private tutor, an online ESL tutor at ABC360, Student Assessor in the same company and an account Supervisor still with ABC360. After which, I started my own online ESL company with a Chinese partner.
I'm a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education (Major in English), a licensed teacher, and a certified TESOL certificate holder.
Teaching is not my passion, communicating is. Learning takes place only when we communicate well. Teaching may not always deliver the message well, which means teaching does not necessarily result to learning. I've done my best to communicate with my Korean and Chinese students for them to learn. I've monitored their performance and assessed their levels, too. I also became a front liner for giving trial classes to convince students to enroll.
Working alone or in a team does not bother me. I've learned to work well with other people as much as I've learned to work well even with minimal supervision. I've been been a great follower, so I've learned how to lead and supervise people too.
