Profile Description

I've spent 10 years in customer service, sales, dispatch and billing, and honestly, it's the kind of work I thrive in. I genuinely enjoy fast-paced environments where every call matters and quick thinking makes a real difference for the person on the other end of the line.
One of the roles I'm most proud of is my time as a Roadside Assistance Dispatcher. I was handling emergency calls from stranded motorists — people who were stressed, sometimes scared, and needed help fast. I learned to stay calm under pressure, quickly figure out what they needed, and get the right help to them as efficiently as possible. That experience really sharpened my ability to think on my feet and communicate clearly when it counts the most.
I also spent time as a Customer Service Representative for a Verizon sales account, where I managed everything from billing concerns and account changes to retention and troubleshooting. I took pride in resolving issues on the first call whenever possible, and I always made sure every interaction was properly documented and followed through on.
What I've carried through every role is the belief that every customer deserves to feel heard and helped — whether it's an emergency or a billing question. I'm someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and doesn't need to be micromanaged to deliver results. I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity to bring that same energy and commitment to your team.
