Hello, I am a Civil Engineer with seven years of experience in construction management. Prepares project schedule, project budget, bidding proposal, bidding evaluation and procurement. I conduct bidding of contractors up to awarding of contract packages. I also monitor and consolidate all related documents for building permit processing up to releasing of the occupancy permit.
Being in a well-known construction management company I manage multiple projects and keep the timelines on track. Monitors utilization of project budget and implementation of scheduled activities based on the approved project plan. Monitors project accomplishment with good quality work and checks if the execution of work is based on the released construction plan.
I prepare a weekly progress report for our clients. also, I prepare a complete close-out report of the project for the client's acceptance.
