I have over three years of experience supporting founders, global teams, and fast-paced businesses.
On my previous role as a Virtual Assistant, I directly support business owners by managing his schedules, coordinating travel bookings, handling communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. I proactively organize tasks, follow up on priorities, and handle multiple responsibilities without requiring constant direction. I’m used to working independently with 0 to minimal supervision once fully onboarded and trained to the tasks.
With my previous job at Kuehne+Nagel, I supported global teams by managing sales reporting, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy across systems. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, ability to handle high-volume tasks, and confidence in working with cross-functional teams. I also have experience in social media support and management, content creation, and administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and communication management.
I take full ownership, communicate proactively, and bring structure to fast-moving organizations and teams. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring that executives are supported effectively so they can focus on high-level priorities. I also enjoy working closely with teams, building positive relationships, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
