Profile Description

Evaluates process flow and prepares production-related documents to further improve line quality and ---------- signs and evaluates new and existing process flow, process jigs and work distribution, and recommends modification to further quality and productivity.
Prepares Production-related documents (Control Plan and Process Instruction) prior to mass production.
Supports in the analysis of identified problem areas in production line and recommends corrective and preventive ---------- velops customer drawings into work order sheets.
Verifies specification and standards with the customer.
Issues and receives documented information to and from all concerned sections and departments such as:
-Product Specification, Assembly Drawing, Shipping Inspection Report, etc.
Conducts terminal ---------- eck first output of new/revised product against customer drawing.
Ensure on-time preparation and submission of required production-related documents.
