Administrative Virtual Assistant

In my recent role, I’ve been handling the day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts, ensuring content is uploaded consistently every day. My focus is on crafting engaging captions and strategically scheduling feed posts and Reels to maximize their reach. I keep a close eye on account health to proactively catch and resolve issues, all while making sure everything strictly aligns with brand guidelines.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience handling data from start to finish — including scraping new leads, enriching existing files, and keeping databases clean and updated. I take pride in ensuring data accuracy so that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

In my recent role, I manage communication with both potential and current clients, focusing on building trust and addressing their needs. I’ve developed these communication skills from both a technical and emotional standpoint. I am eager to keep improving and to become an even stronger communicator in the future.

I have hands-on experience in graphic design, utilizing Canva as my main tool to create clean, engaging visuals. I’m resourceful, quick to adapt, and completely open to working with other editing platforms as needed.

I have hands-on experience with basic video editing, having produced a variety of video types for different projects. I’m incredibly keen on continuously improving this skill, as I love the creative process and want to bring even more dynamic content capabilities to the table for my clients.

I’ve been using AI tools throughout my entire career, learning how to truly maximize platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini to work smarter and faster. I’m always exploring new tools and updating my skills because I love staying ahead of the curve and bringing the absolute best value to the table.
