Data Entry/ Writer/ Social Media Manager/ VA

I have worked as a social media manager for a diagnostic lab in my area, creating simple graphics that helped convey information regarding the laboratory's services, updates and announcements for new developments, and general descriptions of what the laboratory is about and its goals. I would respond to customer inquiries, both face to face and online, in a professional and timely manner.

Towards the second half of my stay at the diagnostic laboratory I previously worked at, I helped schedule meetings for my boss, company admins, and doctors with their patients. I also helped deliver documents/biddings for outside companies' annual physical exams. I have prepared sheets for sale statistics, what services trend at certain times, and sheets for staff payrolls. I have also worked as an assistant and supervisor under the head architect for a construction and renovation project. During my tenure as assistant, I used excel mostly to organize and schedule deliveries' payments, make and distribute payrolls. I also often met with local companies for material and service quotation/negotiation.
