-Responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and SKETCH UP, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided. -Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems. -Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. -Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. -Rendering Designs through the use of VRAY and SKETCH UP.

I have an engineering project management skills gained through my roles as a Project In Charge and QAQC Engineer. In these positions, I was responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing day-to-day operations on-site. My role involved planning and executing project activities, monitoring progress, addressing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements. This experience has strengthened my ability to lead projects effectively, manage resources, and deliver results within scope, time, and budget.

I have an engineering cost estimation skills developed through hands-on experience in project planning and execution. As a Project In Charge, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of project implementation, including accurate cost estimation for materials, labor, and equipment. My role required analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed estimates, and ensuring budgets aligned with project goals. This experience has enhanced my ability to manage resources efficiently, control costs, and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects.

-Receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. -Maintaining complete records of financial transactions and handling cash and credit card transactions for customers. -Oversee the cash register and adhere to the cash management policies at the place of work.
