I have worked in BPO company for roughly 5 years delivering good customer service. On my 5 years of working in the field of customer service, I was able to utilize my skills specially handling difficult customers. Been in escalations for 2 years handling escalations emails, calls and back office task.
I was able to finish also different leadership training that company requires for business. In 6 years of working in the field of customer service handling different accounts help me to provide world class customer service.
I was a customer service specialist on Amazon before where I assist customers with their concerns specially with their orders. Handled also telco account where we assist customers with their billing concerns and doing upselling also where we offer services that they can avail .Handled also healthcare accounts where we assist customers with their Insurance inquiry and their medical devices. I was also part of the escalations department where we handle escalations calls, email for patient.
My genuine in interest in building world class support teams and maintaining a high level of standards has led me to become successful in my role as part of the Corporate Resolutions Team and Executive Consumer Advocate.
My goal has always been to exceed expectations of both my employer as well as my customers.
