I’ve been working with my previous company as a CSR. For example once the client book a service my work is to get a provider for my client for any reason of their call. Like jumpstart, locksmith, tire change ect. I am the one who call the provider to get have a service for our client. And I make sure that the client have satisfactory for our service. And we pay the provider after the service was done and we need a proof for that by taking the picture of the vehicle including the plate number. But some of the provider asking for upfront payment but not all the time still depends on how you will negotiate. That’s my previous work. I hope this work will be related. Thank you
