Profile Description

I started my career in the BPO industry way back 2009 as a customer service representative. As part of my role I was able to develop my intercommunication skills and critical thinking to deliver above and beyond resolutions for our customers.
I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines, I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. In my performance reviews, my supervisor always notes that he appreciates my professionalism and willingness to help my other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
