Profile Description

I was a call center agent in Sitel and worked as a customer service representative in Sears for about 2 years. I’ve had my Foundation training with them which developed my organizational and communication skills, prioritization and time management.
I also worked part time as an online English teacher for Japanese students. I am computer literate. I have experience in using processing programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. I worked as a Virtual Assistant for 6 months and through that experience I learned a lot about SEO and Data Entry work. I know how to use Adobe Photoshop. I am always eager to learn new things and has always continued to improve techniques in my past jobs to increase productivity. I can work under pressure and can manage stress effectively as what I have always been doing when I was still working as a call center agent. I am also a registered nurse but I haven’t been working in a hospital since I passed the board exam because of lack of job opportunity for nurses here in our country. I want a stable job that can support not just me but also my family. Whenever I am employed I always refer to myself as the student and my employer as my master in that way I am always open to corrections and would treat my employer with great respect.
