Profile Description

My background in customer relations and service, coupled with my comprehensive language training and academic background would enable me to make a valuable contribution to a position serving customers.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from San Pedro College though worked in 3 different call centers, catered to 3 different clients and has been promoted to Quality Analyst.
Quality customer service has been a basic function of my everyday life. Virtually all my employment history has required me to exercise clear, concise communication skills and to promote customer satisfaction. The last job I had also required me to meet, if not exceed, the client’s expectations from me.
I am also a blogger for 5 years now and maintained 3 websites (using Wordpress and Blogger) with page rank range 1-3. And in that 5 years, I've also learned how to create my own template in HTML, CSS and PHP. Making a template also drove me to learn about Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash through research and online tutorials.

“I went on OnlineJobs.ph to hire someone... I found someone who worked out great. He's been with us for 3 months. He's done more in these 3 months than I've done in the last couple of years... I highly recommend OnlineJobs.ph!”
