Profile Description

I am a hotel and restaurant management graduate with over 3 years experience working as a hotel staff handling varied tasks such as reception, billing, scheduling and other relevant duties related to my job. I d ---------- to quit my regular job and start working online as a virtual assistant after finding out much about it from my brother who has been engaged in online business for almost 7 years now.
It is from him that I learned some skills like customer support, FB admin duties and even order processing for some online stores that basically does selling/dropshipping to customers based in the United States. Right now, I can say that I can confidently do product research as well as post/upload them on a Shopify-based ecommerce website. I also possess more than enough knowledge in dealing with customer queries related to orders that are placed in the Shopify Customer Relationship Management system.
Along with this, I can also formulate responses for certain customer order queries such as tracking status, order number tracing and many other store-related operations and processes. I am willing to undergo training in order to widen my knowledge and improve my skills if needed.
I am looking forward to being hired for a long term position and I can assure any future employer that I can work with less need of being told or directed by figuring things out whenever there's a need. I will also do my best to become a valuable part of the team contributing the best I can in order to grow the business.
