I also handle property record updates, FlexMLS syncing, and research-based reporting.

While I handle the real estate side, I also bring strong social media and content support skills, including SEO-optimized content creation, YouTube publishing, graphic design using Canva, creation of social media graphics and captions, posts scheduling and community management across platforms. Finally, I also handle the project management of video production.

In addition to real estate support, I have experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, where I handled patient scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, EMR documentation, and inbound and outbound calls while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
