Started working as a warranty processor at a car dealership and was appointed as a service advisor. My work as a service advisor is to talk to customers regarding their vehicle's needs and services they wanted to be performed and provide excellent customer handling, service and support. Conversing face-to-face, calling through phone, email or other messaging applications like Viber or Whatsapp. Uses dealer management system, excel, and job aids to create jobs orders, reports, quotations and invoice. Update customers regarding their vehicle while it is in the dealership, get approvals, explain detailed billing before releasing.

Currently working as a non-voiced remote sales representative on an automotive parts reseller based on the US. Doing initial messages to customers who are inquiring through messaging platforms such as Vonage or Birdeye, providing pictures and details of the products, creating a quotation for price approval from the manager/closers, provide details on how the payment plan works, guide customer on how to do out of pocket/cash transactions, send out payment plan application links, provide all correct details and information needed by the manager/close to close the deal, nurture leads and provide aftersales as well. We use GHL for CRM, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack for Communication, Quickbooks for making invoices, Shopify to create products and check out links and use multiple product vendors to provide the best and correct fitment for the cars, trucks and ATV/UTV.
