I am a fresh graduate of Business Administration, major in Marketing Management (Magna Cum Laude), with a strong foundation in administrative support, recruitment coordination, customer service, and content creation.
During my academic journey and internship, I developed the ability to handle responsibilities that require organization, accuracy, and clear communication. I supported document management, coordinated tasks, and contributed to structured processes in both academic and practical settings.
I also gained hands-on experience in recruitment support through my involvement with a small business, where I assisted in applicant screening, coordination, and communication. This experience strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
In addition, I have experience in content writing and AI-assisted work, where I create structured and audience-focused outputs. This allows me to adapt easily to digital tools and modern workflows.
I bring a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and focus in everything I do. Working with a visual impairment has further strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly in different situations.
