In my current role as a Finance Technical Lead at Manulife Data Services Inc., I manage core Record-to-Report activities, including complex journal entries, intercompany accounting, payroll allocations, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations. I support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. My role requires close coordination with regional and global stakeholders, strengthening my ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver reliable financial information to diverse teams. Previously, I supported regional controllership functions across Asia, performing variance analysis, consolidating reports, and providing insights for senior leadership reviews.
