? Customs Import Encoder and Documentation.

? Customs Export Documentation and Lodgement of goods declaration entries in E-Commerce( E-Trade Platform).

? Communicating with the Importers and Exporters.

? Communicating with the trucking for Import and Export shipments.

? Export Documents responsibilities include data entry and preparation of MBL ocean bill of lading, creation and distribution of invoices and timely release of finalized documents.

? Ensure the on-time delivery of client’s documents.

? Client’s/carrier troubleshooting and issue resolution.

? Client’s inquiry regarding Import/Export processing, Handling and Facilitation From Origin to Destination.

? Booking and communicating with the Shipping Lines.

? Facilitate and Monitor the production of the Plant/Warehouse of the supplier

? Communicating to the Plant/Warehouse Supervisor to advise the Available Empty Container in Shipping Lines, cut offloading of products in Plant/Warehouse that Shipping lines given to us, and to sure that all containers are loaded in the vessel before the operations of the vessel start.
