Dental Case Coordinator – Dental Laboratory
Responsible for case entry using dental lab management software such as Seazona.
Performed quality checks on both prescriptions (RX) and scans submitted by dentists through various portals, including iTero, Medit, Shining3D, Sirona, 3Shape, Asconnect, Dexis, and others.
Experienced in manually downloading STL and PLY scan files from different portals, compiling them into ZIP files, and organizing them with the corresponding RX forms.
Conducted scan quality inspections to determine if scans were acceptable or required resubmission.
Reviewed and verified RX forms to ensure all patient and dentist information was complete, including procedure details, special requests, and shade information.
Ensured all case information was accurate and complete before transferring it to the dental technician, helping prevent remakes and delays in case processing.
