Profile Description

I am very much dedicated, patience back by solid hard work, dependability and ability to take on important duties. I can
do bookkeeping and do the recordings since I am an accounting graduate and used to be a bookkeeper and administrative assistant. I can compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts. I ensure financial records
maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met prepare financial management reports ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. I can also do financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process since I work as an external auditor as a part time job. I ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses. I have a very strong communication and written skill. I also work as customer and technical support representative in one of the call center industry here in the Philippines. We deal with US based customers and clients. That's why I have intimate knowledge and empathy of the customer needs and situation. Needless
to say, I can able to communicate clearly, both written and
in speach. We talk in a way the customer could understand. Has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers.
I work accurately and with eye for detail. I'm willing to build a long term relationship
with the company and able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company.
