Profile Description
Process sales order, purchase order and invoice in SAP.
Execute order change request both internal and external with proper approvals.
Track order and delivery status.
Issue credit note and debit note.
Work with Channel and Sales team to improve order fulfillment strategies.
Work with Demand Planning and Factory on production forecast, schedule and availability.
Assist with the preparation of export documents and inspection prior shipping.
Create new and restructure pre-existing report.
Coordinate with 3PL regarding freight booking, shipment availability and freight quotation.
Handle client and customer complains.
Admin tasks as needed including attending to meetings and responding to
