I worked as a Relationship Manager where I took calls from clients of different states and countries to help them with their concerns regarding their credit, debit, prepaid cards, bank websites, online banking, and account troubleshooting, etc.

I worked as a Data Specialist in a Chinese retail company named Maidehao Trading Corp. My job was to gather data in our databases, mainly in our ERP system, analyze them, and transform them into a more comprehensive format. Additionally, part of my task was also to process and manage orders from our partner companies.

Order Management Specialist In my current role, I handle the full order process from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly for both the team and our customers. I make sure orders are accurate, stock is available, and deliveries happen on time. I also coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics to resolve any issues quickly. Some of the things I do every day include: Entering and tracking orders in the system, checking that pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules are correct. Following up with the warehouse and logistics teams to make sure orders are prepared and shipped on time. Communicating with sales and customers to resolve any questions or issues with orders. Keeping records up to date and helping improve our order process so we can work more efficiently. Through this, I’ve helped reduce errors, speed up order processing, and make sure customers get their orders without delays. I enjoy making sure everything in the order process runs smoothly and that our customers are satisfied.

As an Account Executive at Fortem Cement Corporation, I build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and supply sector, ensuring they receive reliable and high-quality building materials. I focus on acquiring new accounts while managing and growing existing ones, understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent service. I monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies for account growth, track performance against targets, and provide insights to management. Through this role, I aim to drive client satisfaction, strengthen long-term partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth in the construction materials market.
