Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a background in software development, particularly in backend systems. I specialize in systematic manual testing, identifying and documenting defects, verifying fixes, and ensuring software quality across multiple releases. My development experience, including building RESTful APIs and maintaining internal systems, allows me to better understand application workflows, analyze root causes efficiently, and collaborate effectively with developers during issue resolution.

In addition, I have experience in graphic design, beginning in 2018 through on-the-job training and organizational involvement. As part of our Publication Committee, I created and edited social media graphics, event materials, and other publication content for church, academic, and organizational use. I focus on producing clean, visually appealing, and well-structured designs that effectively communicate their message.

I also have strong administrative experience gained through my involvement in school organizations, where I managed documentation, maintained accurate records, prepared financial reports, tracked expenses, and supported event coordination. These responsibilities strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
