I am a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology.Right after my graduation I worked as a Guidance Counselor for One year to a Preparatory School. I designed their Guidance Program both for Regular Student and for Children with Special Needs.My Second Job was in a Retail Merchandise Company. I worked as a Recruitment Assistant for three years. My tasks was to source and screened applicants, do the orientation to our newly hire employee. My last job was in an IT company. I worked as a Technical Recruiter for three years. In charged of screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet our open positions, develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested to our job offers, attending networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings,calling on technical schools and outplacement services. I maintained the documentations such as 201 file and contracts also. Was also in charged of updating candidates information such as contact number and other relevant informations of our applicants. I am Proficient In MS Work and Knowledgeable in Excel. I am Computer Literate. I can Speak and Understand English.
