Been in a call center more than 2 years. My first 1-8 months experience was my training ground to be a great agent. We handles hotel booking online with expedia, hotels.com, trip.com and many more. My latest job was Advisor I, costumer representative to one of the banks at US. We manage client’s bank account including opening, closing accounts and overseeing transactions such as balances, pending transactions, deposit amount and payment information. We also handle online banking related concerns, account enrollment, reset user ID and password. Help understand client about the bank’s interest rates, the risk involved and other terms and conditions. I been working for this with 16 months.

As a Barangay Secretary I was in-charged of keeping custody of all records of sangguniang barangay and the barangay assembly meetings. Prepare and keep the minutes of all meetings of sangguniang barangay. Assist Municipal civil registrar in the registration of births, deaths and marriages. Keep and update record of all inhabitants of the barangay containing the following of information such as name, address, place and date of birth, sex, civil status, citizenship, occupation, and such other items of information as may be prescribed by law or ordinances. Exercise and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribed by law of ordinance.
