Virtual Assistant

As a Human Resource Admin, I am responsible for supporting recruitment and HR operations by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. I assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR documents, payroll, timekeeping and ensuring compliance with company policies. I also handle administrative tasks, employee inquiries, and data management while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. My goal is to help build a productive workforce by supporting efficient recruitment, employee engagement, and overall human resource functions.

As someone who is still a student, I have experiences in doing designs for a brand such as a logo and its slogans but these are all for academic purposes only which happens to have a high score.

As someone who is still a student, we have projects that requires video editing and I am the on who is editing our captured videos which also happens to have a perfect score and got praise from our classmates and professors.
