Customer Service Representative, Captioning Agent

I've been in a BPO industry for almost 7 years. For my CSR years, I am with Sitel under Macy's/Bloomindales account.I'm a customer support or sales specialist. We also do chat support while taking inbound calls. We process there orders and requests and of course resolve customer issues and and any billing related questions. It's a seasonal account,but I got regularized. I got transferred to Capital one which is under Sitel as well because they are short staffed. We assist customers who have concerns on their credit cards. Teleperformance in the Captioncall Account as a Close Caption Agent.it was Regulated by the Federal Communications Commission.We help people who is hard of hearing to communicate better. We provide real-time, accurate texts of customer's conversations, so they never miss or misunderstand a word while in a conversation.
