I've been a Store Manager for Ecommerce platform (Amazon, Ebay, etsy and Shopify) for 3 Upgrade to see actual infoom startup to huge ones, in UK, Germany, Canada and USA Marketplace.
I specialize in managing E-commerce Store, customer support (Email & phone) particularly on Amazon and Shopify, Etsy and eBay Platform. Amazon FBA Wholesale and Online Arbitrage Business Model.
My Expertise:
-Finding suitable Suppliers, contacting and negotiate with them.
- Product Sourcing / Analysis that met the sellers criteria,
- Inventory management for both FBA (inventory on Amazon) and FBM. Shipping plan and
reconciliation.
-Product listing (manual or using listing loader templates), researching, monitoring and reporting
- Order processing / fulfillment / Multi-Channel Fulfillment on Amazon.
- Purchasing products from suppliers, getting invoice, and tracking shipments.
- Amazon seller refund/reimbursements for damaged/lost/destroyed items
- Email handling as well as handling payment and billing concerns
