I am a Registered Nurse by profession and have been in the medical industry for more than 5 years now. My task includes summarizing medical reports, processing MR/pre auth requests and coordinating with patients, medical staff and even providers to assist them with their concern or needs.
I am familiar with different EMR/EHR like kareo, synergy, timenet, practice fusion etc also with different phone systems like Ring central, zoiper and grasshopper.
I have 2 ISP - main is 50 mbps and back up of 10-15mbps.
I am confident that I can offer you the customer service, assistant and medical skills that you need.
