Civil Engineer, Layout Artist, Drafter, Estimator

When I was working with the Government, my job is being a Project Estimator of both horizontal and vertical structures such as Roads, Canals, Multi-Purpose Buildings, Amphitheaters and School Facilities. I compute programs of works needed for the construction of the project. In a particular manner I have also lots of private projects such as residential and commercial buildings. When a client wants me to design and build the house, I personally will buy the materials needed, and the labors included in the project. I oversees the erection of the building weekly until the project duration is finished. I have lots of experienced in costing. it is my daily routine to compute and calculate all project cost.

I have a strong foundation in using Autocad in creating 2d layouts. I have lots of clients that are willing to have a Civil Engineer to build their ideal homes. I make all set of detailed plans such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Sanitary Plans. I have been using Autocad for almost 10yrs including my college days. Even when I was in the government, my past jobs were in the design section, making detailed plans of horizontal and vertical projects such as Roads, Canals, Multi-Purpose buildings, Amphitheater, and School facilities.

I have a strong foundation in using sketchup, I design residential, commercial and institutional buildings. I have lots of clients that they want me to design their ideal homes, I design modern houses, 3-Storey Residential Buildings, Bungalow Houses, Apartments, Chapels, Penthouse, Commercial Stalls and a Resorts. I also used Sketchup when designing interior designs. I make my own templates to decorate the interior and to see if the floor space is maximized.

I've been into industry for almost 5 years. I design and build residential, commercial and Institutional buildings. Most of my projects are Two-Storey Residential Buildings, I oversee the construction of the project, I estimate the duration of the project, I calculate all the bill of materials needed for the project and handling labors included in the project. I supervised the erection of the building until it's finished. It takes 2-3 months of supervision when handling a Two-Storey Residential Building but when it is finished, that's the best feeling because all your handwork and dedication, you will feel proud that your design is built.

I have a strong understanding when it comes to CPM, having lots of clients, made me skilled in computing Construction Project Management. I compute duration of the project, labor productivity by improving on-site, construction financials that intended to purchase materials. And making sure that the project will run smoothly and safe considering all the health and hazardous materials.
