I am ---------- ---------- , 28 years old and currently working as customer Service Representative III at TELUS Digital Philippines as a permanent Employee started July 10, 2023.

I want to share with you my experiences and why you should hire me for a position in your company.

I took a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Tourism Management at the University of Saint Mary's University Bayombong Campus, unfortunately undergraduate, but I'm willing to learn and have the capacity to work under pressure.

I started my working career as a working student in 2017, as a service crew member at McDonald's. After that, unable to continue my college education due to financial problems, and for some reason, I fully committed to finding a job and landed a job at a mall as a salesperson. At that time, basically I just wanted to get paid and provide, and what am I called? a job hopper, and I found out that I can earn more at this job, which was a sales representative as well, which is I sold cell phones for a specific brand, then due to COVID I lost my job in an instant, so at that time I made up my mind that I need to upskill, and BPO answered my prayers, and at the time passes my job can't sustain my financials to provide for my family, as well as my commute was getting all of my time.

After my failed attempts and experiences, I can assure you that I'm willing to be trained and a hard-working customer service representative or a first-time virtual assistant at your service.

Since the beginning, I have enriched my competencies with dedication and perseverance by providing customer service, technical expertise, administrative, analytical, critical thinking with problem solving ability and proven experience in a test-driven environment and had attended trainings for my personal enhancement.
