Profile Description

I was a E-commerce Virtual Assistant for 5 years.

I am working for E-commerce projects like listing on Amazon(Seller central, Vendor central and Amazon Marketing Services) and Campaign Management in Seller Central, Overstock, Way fair, Houzz and many other platforms. We are managing store front, product listing, orders and inventory upload for the stores, campaign manager etc.
I have serviced different flash sites like Joss and Main, One King Lane, etc and experience with different e-retailers with product listing and customer management like ---------- , Way ---------- , ---------- , etc.
We are handling online customers for key issues, business concerns & operational challenges and responsible of P&L for Online Business. Business Analysis by preparing MIS reports and providing key insights and Listing of products on customer website and maintain the same. Handling inventory team to send daily updated inventory to customers via email, FTP or upload.
Analysis on sales from existing customers & work on improving revenue & margins from existing customers and Smooth transition of new customers into the online process.
