My name is Paul. I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Arts in English and I have a high level of fluency in English communications both written and oral.
I have worked for American companies AT&T and eBay as a Customer Service Representative (voice and email) for 10 months making me familiar with the American Culture and in providing excellent customer service. I am also currently employed with UnitedHealth Group on one of their back office accounts since June 2015.
I have a 75 words-per-minute (wpm) typing speed.
I am a technology enthusiast (computers, softwares, android). I've been using computers since I was very young and I am the go-to-person whenever my friends have technical difficulties with their computer.
I am self-driven. I have taught myself how play the guitar and how to use a software called FL Studio by watching tutorials online.
Lastly, I have a very good interpersonal skills and I can work under pressure.
