Customer Service Specialist

I use PowerPoint a lot especially when presenting studies and discussing topics in class. I also use this at my job to create certificates whenever its time for our rewards and recognition.

Ever since high school we have been taught how to do MIcrosoft Word. Now that I am in my 3rd year of college education, I can say that I am now an expert in using the software.

I worked with a telecommunications before where I was able to sell phones and mobile services to customers. I mainly do it or give customers hint about it when they call for assistance about their services.

I worked with a pharmacy before, wherein I was able to sell prescription medicine and durable medical equipment and we sell it to those who have insurance coverage.

I assist customer whenever they have login issues with their online account. I help them with passwords and basic troubleshooting when it gets on the way of their experience.

I don't have any formal employment but I have been part of our school paper as a column writer, so I have an initial idea on how it works. I have been doing a lot of research at school as well which also adds to my knowledge about writing.

I don't have any formal employment with proofreading but because we constantly have research at school I have had experience with this one. I also am fond of reading and that is one of my hobbies which is why proofreading is something doable for me.

Social media is one way for me to distress and I am very keen on keeping my feed pleasant and comprehensive. I don't have any formal employment with this skill as well, but I have everything that it takes to learn more about this skill.

I was one of the few users who was able to try Instagram marketing when it was up for a test. I also am very conscious of my Instagram feed, and I once submitted it as a portfolio when I applied for a job.

I work with a financial institution and we assist customers with their financial concerns, payments, credit and how to manage their balances to keep account in good standing.

I am a content creator myself. I love uploading videos and sharing what I am up to sometimes, so I have an idea on this skill and would love to learn more about this skill when given an opportunity.

I have worked with a pharmacy before and we sell to customers prescription medicine with their insurance. I have a basic idea how it works, benefits, claims and authorizations.

I have been on the BPO industry and been interacting with several customer since I joined. I know the basics of data entry and how important it is to keep it safeguarded and correct

I have been on the BPO industry for almost 2 years now, which gave me enough idea what it take to assist someone. Although being a personal assistant is rather a tough job, I am willing to take on a new adventure if I ever have the opportunity.
