I have almost 5 years of experience working in an estate law firm in Ohio, Maryland and New York. One of my primary responsibility are preparing estate plan overview from client's intake after their design meeting with the assigned lawyer then import important contact information needed from preparing and drafting their ancillaries (HCPOA, HIPPA, POA etc). Once all has been drafted I will inform the lawyer assigned to review said ancillaries and I will have client review their selected executors/agents/ successors then schedule their signing. Lastly, I diligently monitor their scheduled signing and store their records meticulously.
