Profile Description

All throughout my Virtual Assistant career, I've experienced various roles and tasks. Each of them, no matter how small, was vital to the broadening of my skills and knowledge required to thrive in the industry.

Customer service and technical support have always been my core skills as most of the jobs I've taken requires e-mail and/or chat support. As a supervisor for Electronic First, I've trained all our staff to become superstars in their field, using manuals, templates, and techniques that I've personally made to improve the kind of service our customers deserve. 

Project Manager was my first role in the outsourcing industry. I managed people and websites. My role required some IT skills particularly in HTML, CSS, PHP, and CMS like WordPress. This role helped develop my skills in creating website specifications, from the homepage, profile pages, to backend. I supervise the developers and designers, making sure all those specifications, even website errors, and improvements are done timely and accordingly.

I've also done my share in writing and article spinning, mostly for blog and social media posts, as well as articles to various clients in software-selling, advertising university courses, and more. Some of the minor tasks that I did were mostly web research, data entry, social media management. 

Thanks to my clients, I've not only gained a job, but they've also imparted essential knowledge, not just in technical-related, but also in real estate, loans, software, gaming, and insurance. All of which, I never imagined acquiring but have proven helpful in being a diverse and flexible virtual assistant that I am today.
