Profile Description

I’m an AI-enabled operations and customer support professional with experience across e-commerce customer service, B2B outreach, lead generation, and executive support. I’ve handled full-cycle outbound workflows, including prospecting, lead enrichment, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, booking coordination, CRM updates, task tracking, and reporting.

I’ve worked with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, Trello, Calendly , Shopify, Gorgias, Redo, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and AI tools to keep daily workflows organized and efficient. I also have basic automation experience using tools like n8n and Make to build simple workflows, such as capturing leads from forms or sheets, pushing them into a CRM, creating follow-up tasks, sending internal notifications, updating trackers, and reducing repetitive manual steps.

On the AI side, I use generative tools to improve work quality and speed, including drafting outreach messages, creating content ideas, improving customer support replies, summarizing notes, cleaning up SOPs, and turning messy information into organized action items.

My customer support background has also helped me build strong communication skills across email, chat, and phone, especially when handling order concerns, refunds, escalations, product questions, and customer follow-ups.
