I have been working for a Multi-Awarded Business Process Outsourcing Company in the Philippines for almost a year now. I also have worked for quite a few of them since 2007.
Im good at any multi-tasking kind of job.
I have excellent computer and english communication skills with outstanding work behavior and attitude.
I have done email/ chat support
and have technical background which both generated exemplary quality scores and customers' feedbacks. My computer knowledge includes MS applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and a bit of Photoshop; Internet applications and basic Software Download/Installations/Troubleshooting.
Moreover, I have done a typing job in our school during free time from college with 36-41wpm. Im also good at Thesis writing/editing. I had supervised our Thesis group and made it to the Final Thesis Exposition in college. My
english and medical/clinical vocabularies are wide and of above-average level.
Also, I have had a background of transcribing audio conversations.
